1. Prohibited Content (CSAE)

Grooming and Exploitation

Any attempt to communicate with, influence, or manipulate a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or any illegal act.

Endangerment

Any content that promotes or facilitates the physical or mental harm of children.

2. Reporting & Enforcement

We provide users with multiple channels to report violations immediately:

In-App Reporting

Users can tap the "Report" button on any meme, comment, or profile. Reports categorized as child endangerment are fast-tracked for immediate human review.

Immediate Removal

Content flagged as violating our CSAE policy is immediately removed from public view while a thorough forensic review is conducted.

Account Termination

Users found to be involved in the distribution or creation of CSAM will face permanent account banning and device-level blacklisting.

3. Legal Cooperation

Memit complies with all legal requirements regarding child safety. We proactively report all discovered or reported instances of CSAM to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** and cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies globally.
