Service Providers — Firebase (Google LLC)

Google Firebase acts as our primary data processor and service provider. The Firebase services we use — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging — process data on our behalf under Google's data processing agreements. Firebase is bound by strict data protection terms and cannot use your data for its own purposes beyond what we have authorised.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of our users.

Account Deletion Instructions

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

Please note: Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Certain anonymised or aggregated data (e.g., crash logs stripped of identifiers) may be retained for up to 90 days as part of our standard data retention cycle before being purged.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to, designed for, or intended for use by children under the age of 13 years old (or the applicable minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
